Piping Spool Fabrication are essential components in modern industrial projects, enabling efficient and high-quality pipeline installation across oil & gas, petrochemicals, LNG, power generation, offshore engineering, pharmaceuticals, and food processing industries. A spool consists of straight pipes, elbows, tees, flanges, and fittings, fully fabricated in a controlled factory environment through precise cutting, beveling, fit-up, welding, NDT, heat treatment, surface finishing, and dimensional verification. Field work is reduced to lifting and bolting, significantly shortening construction time, improving weld quality, and minimizing safety risks.
