(hereinafter referred to as "Jushi Group"). Following rigorous quality inspections, this batch of products has recently been successfully dispatched to Jushi Group's Chengdu Production Base, located at No. 899 Oucheng Road, Qingquan Town, Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu.
Project Background
China Jushi Co., Ltd. is a globally leading glass fiber manufacturer with profound technical expertise and significant market influence in the glass fiber and composite materials sectors. The Chengdu 243 Project is a key production base construction initiative strategically deployed by Jushi Group in Southwest China, covering critical process stages such as pneumatic conveying systems, batching and mixing systems, cooling water systems, and flow-assist systems. Leveraging its comprehensive advantages in product quality, delivery capabilities, and after-sales service, Sunlion Piping has earned the trust and recognition of Jushi Group, successfully securing the supply contract for the angle seat valves and check valves for this project.
Supplied Product Details
This procurement project involves a total of nine categories of valve products, encompassing two major series: all-stainless-steel pneumatic angle seat valves and Y-type spring check valves. All products are manufactured in strict accordance with national standards and industry specifications. Each item is accompanied by a Certificate of Conformity and a Factory Inspection Report, ensuring that every product leaving the factory meets stringent quality requirements.
Quality Control and Inspection
Sunlion Piping has always regarded product quality as the lifeline of the enterprise. For the angle seat valves and check valves supplied to the Jushi Chengdu 243 Project, full-process quality control is implemented from raw material procurement and production processing to final product inspection. The products are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and sealing performance, making them suitable for various complex operating conditions in glass fiber production. Shipping and Logistics
As stipulated in the contract, the delivery deadline is September 30, 2026, with the delivery destination being Jushi Group Chengdu Co., Ltd. (No. 899 Oucheng Road, Qingquan Town, Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu). In accordance with the buyer's requirements, Sunlion Piping has completed professional packaging for the products. The packaging is designed for long-distance transportation and multiple handling operations, incorporating necessary protective measures such as anti-collision, moisture-proof, anti-mold, and anti-rust treatments to ensure the goods remain intact during transit. Currently, all products have been fully manufactured and have passed factory inspections. Logistics and transportation to the Chengdu project site are being arranged according to schedule.
